Q1: Are you manufacturer? If yes, in which city?
Yes, we're manufacturer with 10000 square meters. We're in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province.
Q2: Can i visit your factory?
Customers are warmly welcome to visit us, Before you come here, please kindly advise your schedule，we can pick you up at airport, hotel or somewhere else. The nearest airport Guangzhou and Shenzhen airport is about 1 hour to our factory.
Q3: Can you add my logo on the bags?
Yes, we can. Such as Silk printing, Embroidery, Rubber patch, etc. to create the logo. Please send your logo to us, we will suggest the best way.
Q4: Can you help me make my own design?
How about the sample fee and sample time?
Sure. We understand the importance of brand recognition and can customize any product according to your needs. Whether you have an idea in mind or drawing, our specialized team of designers can help create a product just right for you. Sample time is about 7-15 days. The sample fee is charged according to the mold, material and size，also returnable from production order.
Q5: How can you protect my designs and my brands?
The Confidential Information will not be disclosed，reproduced，or disseminated in any way. We can sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement with you and our sub-contractors.
Q6: How about your quality guarantee?
